The first centres on our team of 12 qualified rural chartered surveyors. Between them they cover many aspects of rural business, valuations and grant funding , offering clients a full remit of professional land management services and advice.

The second is our Estate Agency division. Our main estate agency sales and rentals team is based in Hexham. Well qualified they not only know their job but also the local area. When it comes to house sales, Hexham and the Tyne Valley is our patch and no one knows it better than us.
